Have these next to you before you begin
- ·Your passport (number, issue and expiry dates, place of issue)
- ·Your exact address in Nepal and your permanent (home) address
- ·Names, dates of birth and occupations of your parents and siblings
- ·Your school name and exact graduation date
- ·The name and address of your accepting organisation in Japan
- ·Your TB screening (JPETS) certificate, if you already have it
