For candidates

For anything about your own case — which documents you need, how your name should be written, when your application will be filed — ask your accepting organisation in Japan. They are the ones filing, and they know which bureau will review it.

For organisations

Agencies, schools and employers are welcome to point candidates at this portal. If you need a field added, a label corrected, or the sheet adapted to your own intake process, get in touch.

Reporting a problem with the form

If a field calculates the wrong value, a section fails to appear, or a label is wrong in Japanese or English, please tell us what you selected and what you expected. Do not send us your filled-in biodata — we do not need it and we do not want to hold it.
